THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.722 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1000 of 2016 from the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, Kurnool District.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the Family Court disposed of the above O.P. on 10.01.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Family Court dismissed O.P.No.1000 of 2016 for default. He further submitted that the respondent filed a petition for restoration of the O.P.

The fact remains that as on today O.P.No.1000 of 2016 is not pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
