O R D E R:
This transfer C.M.P. is filed by the petitioner-wife against the respondent-husband for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2015 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District to the Family Court, Rajahmundry, which is filed by the respondent-husband for dissolution of marriage. The case of the petitioner is that the marriage of the petitioner with the respondent was performed on 10.06.2011 in Eli Seetharamayya Kalyana Mandapam as per Hindu rites and customs. When the respondent started harassing the petitioner for bringing additional dowry, the petitioner filed a complaint under Section 498-A against the respondent and that the respondent was arrested by the police and the petitioner is living with her parents at Rajahmundry. As the petitioner is not doing any job, she is unable to attend the court all the way from Tadepalligudem to Rajahmundry and sought for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2015 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District to the Family Court, Rajahmundry.
No counter is filed by the respondent and there is no appearance on his behalf.
In view of the above facts and circumstances that the petitioner is living with her mother at Rajahmundry and it is difficult for her to attend the court of Senior Civil Judge at Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2015, which is pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Rajahmundry.
Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P.
is allowed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
