THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35929 of 2018 ORDER:

Mr.K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 11.12.2018 to the Registry stating that his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to file a fresh case. Ms.G.Sindhu, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Chidambaram, learned counsel, is present in Court and reiterates the same prayer. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
