The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - plaintiff questioning the order dated 28.07.2016 in I.A. No.210 of 2016 in O.S. No.215 of 2008 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sullurpeta, whereby the petition filed under Order VII Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to condone the delay in filing the document, receive and mark the same on the plaintiff's side as exhibits., was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, the original suit bearing No.215 of 2008 itself was disposed of on 09.08.2018, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
