HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36055 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and fixation of boundaries in respect of the petitioner's land in Sy.No.27/ 30 admeasuring 1844 square yards, situated at Aganampudi Village, Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and not considering the representation dated 05.02.2018, as arbitrary and illegal.

2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made F-line application on 05.02.2018, till date no survey is conducted.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) submits that if the said application is pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to examine the F-line application dated 05.02.2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
