THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.624 OF 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The present Criminal Revision Case is filed questioning the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.206 of 2014 in Crime No.27 of 2014, dated 06.03.2014 dismissing the petition filed for interim custody of the property i.e. Bajaj Auto bearing No.AP 20TB 8907 during the pendency of the proceedings.

From the perusal of the record, it is revealed that in the year 2014 itself i.e. on 26.03.2014 the counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dated 26.03.2014 to the Registry requesting to post the Criminal Revision Case under the caption 'for withdrawal'. In the said letter, the counsel stated that he had received instructions from his client i.e. the petitioner, to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Taking the same into consideration, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
