This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience and not compliance with the directions given by this Court dated 31-01-2015 in WPMP.No.3007 of 2014 in W.P.No.2465 of 2014 whereby this court granted interim direction not to insist the petitioners to pay the licence fees in respect of their stalls during the period of agitation.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the order dated 3101-2014 in WPMP.No.3007 of 2014 in W.P.No.2465 of 2014 has been complied with by the respondents and nothing remains to be adjudicated further in the contempt case, for which learned standing counsel for the respondents has conceded. Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
