Sri Pandu Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to amend the pleadings of the Writ Petition and approach afresh. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
