THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1721 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 30.12.2013 passed by this Court in PIL No.518 of 2013. By the said order, this Court directed the Commissioner of Labour to give an opportunity of hearing to all concerned and take action in accordance with law upon the representation made by the petitioner.

The Commissioner of Labour, State of Telangana, filed a counter-affidavit stating that pursuant to the afore-stated order, notice and opportunity of hearing were given to all concerned and orders were passed on 29.11.2014 holding that the application filed by the petitioner was not maintainable against the principal employer. In the light of the afore-stated development, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
