The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of land in Sy. Nos. 238/1 an extent of Ac.0.81, 234/4 to an extent of Ac.1.41 cents, 236/7 to an extent of Ac.0. 59 cents 237/1 to an extent of Ac 1.01 cents 128/5A2 to an extent of Ac. 0.30 cents 228/1 to an extent of Ac.0.48 cents 229/1A to an extent of Ac. 0.25 cents 128/1B to an extent of Ac 0.20 cents and Sy No 128/5A1 to an extent of Ac.0.86 cents total Ac. 1.63 cents situated at Mamidalapadu Village Fields Kurnool Mandal Kurnool District and not issuing the E-pattadar pass books and title deeds in spite of the petitioner's application through online in the month of January 2015 and also personal representation dated 24 04 2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application through Mee Seva on 24.4.2018 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour for the subject lands, the 4th respondent, did not take any action so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner is not in the prescribed format and the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh application in the prescribed format, in which event, the 4th respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application through Mee Seva enclosing all the supporting documents in respect of the subject lands seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour, in which event, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar,

shall deal with the same and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of three months from the date of submission of the fresh application by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
