THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3700 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal is filed by the petitioners-A2 and A3, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in PRC No.6 of 2015 on the file of the II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 307, 343, 498-A and 313 IPC and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

A reading of the statement of the victim-2nd respondent clearly discloses specific overt acts against the petitioners. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings against the petitioners. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
