1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to set aside the order dated 03.11.2014 passed by the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, (for Proh. & Excise offences), Nalgonda concerned with Cr.No.256 of 2014-15 of Chandur Police Station.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the vehicle in question was confiscated to the Government on 25.03.2015. 3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
