THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35872 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation to the District Collector-R.2 on 11.09.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that if any such representation is submitted by the petitioners, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representation, dated 11.09.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
