HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 8873 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not paying the salaries to the petitioner from January 2013 onwards as illegal and void.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the salary is being paid to the petitioner continuously till today. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
