THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12423 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.156 of 2012 of Prathipadu police station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 379 read with 34 IPC and quash the same. The learned Additional Public Prosecution for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that the Investigating Officer after completion of investigation filed report stating that the matter is referred 'as mistake of fact' and requested the concerned Court to close the case and the present petition has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
