Sri M. Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that the respondent is no more and he received information the previous day as to the death of the respondent having taken place in the year 2017.
2. Though, the learned counsel for petitioner intends to ascertain about the same, when the learned counsel for respondent himself makes such a submission, the present transfer petition becomes infructuous.
3. Hence, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous.
