THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35869 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation on 10.04.2018 to respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent-GHMC authorities to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before respondent Nos.1 to 3, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to verify the representation, dated 10.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass

appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
