In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A8 seek to quash the proceedings in SC No. -------240 of 2013 on the file of First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nizamabad, registered for the offences under Sections 143, 323, 354 & 509 IPC (Crime No. 256 of 2012 of III Town Police Station, Nizamabad). 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 04.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Nizamabad III Town Police Station, 22.2.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in SC No. 240 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
