This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.3, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.63 of 2015 on the file of Rolugunta Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b) & 25 of NDPS Act. A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is about 156 kgs, which is more than the commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
