This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in registering Crime No.52 of 2012 by II Town Police Station, Gudivada, Krishna District when O.S.No.86 of 2010 was pending on the file of Additional District Judge (F.T.C) at Gudivada, Krishna District.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of filing of the charge sheet, no further relief need be granted in this writ petition. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
