HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner while working as Field Assistant, by order dated 12.07.2015 of the Project Director and Joint Secretary, District Water Management Agency, Kurnool District, his services were terminated on account of the allegations levelled against him. Against the order of termination on the allegations of misconduct, the Field Assistant Human Resources Policy provides appeal to the District Collector. Petitioner filed this writ petition without availing remedy of appeal provided under the policy.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner would be advised to prefer appeal.

3. Having regard to the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the order of termination of services dated 12.07.2015 if so advised and as and when such appeal is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
