HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No. 2735 of 2018 O R D E R:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondents submits that during pendency of the above contempt case, the orders dated 05.01.2018 passed by this Court in WP No.3077 of 2017 have been complied with. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand dismissed.
