THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.7611 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 seeking bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.1006 of 2014 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 420, 427, 506 and 370 IPC.

Heard both sides. Perused the material on record. The prosecution case, in brief, is as under:- The petitioner - A1 along with another person brought the de facto complainant to her house promising her to pay certain remuneration to look after the child of the petitioner, and thereafter, used her for the purpose which is in clandestine nature. In the complaint, specific allegations are made against the petitioner, which go to show that there is something more than what is going on in the Fertility Center, being run by the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations, I do not find that it is a fit case, where anticipatory bail can be granted. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
