THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9261 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.271 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Karimangar, transferred to Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class for Excise at Karimnagar connected to Cr.No.436 of 2014 on the file of Station House Officer, Karimnagar Rural Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Section 506 of IPC. At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat on 11.12.2016.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
