THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36096 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner and the fifth respondent and others are having property disputes and, as such, after preliminary enquiry, notice was sent to the petitioner herein. In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the alternative remedy as per law, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
