THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner requests to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to make a representation to the competent authority requesting for retention on the ground that children are studying and their education would be effected if in the middle of the academic period petitioner is transferred.

Recording the said submission, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation for the reason mentioned above. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
