HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3493 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in marking the premises of the petitioner to demolish the structure in D.No.3-28-18/133, 2nd lane, Rajendranagar, Guntur and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondent authorities to follow due process of law. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri A. Pandu Ranga Rao, the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 23.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5521 of 2015.

Following the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the structures of the petitioner without following due process of law while undertaking road widening process. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
