Heard Sri Omar A.Pasha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ch.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner complains against the inaction in disposing of the representation, dated 02.11.2016, as arbitrary and illegal. 3.

At the out set, it is to be remarked that this Court is not in agreement with the view of the petitioner that there is inaction in disposing of the representation, which was made on 02.11.2016. However, the issue relates to students allotment etc., and timely decision is in the interest of college as well as the students. Weighed by such reason, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to look into the representation, dated 02.11.2016, and take a decision in accordance as per law within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
