Heard Sri A.K. Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-APSRTC.

2. This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents as per the provisions of Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.48608 of 2014 in W.P.No.38815 of 2014, dated 1712-2014.

3. The respondents-Corporation issued proceedings dated 19-92015 complying with the orders of this Court dated 17-12-2014. The contempt case is, therefore, closed. The applications, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed. No costs.
