THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4642 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dt.08.01.2016 of the 2nd respondent rejecting the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the order dt.24.09.2015 of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

Although counsel for petitioner sought to contend that the impugned order cannot be sustained, I am not inclined to entertain the said contention, since the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner and considering all the material placed by the petitioner before him. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
