O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not granting revised administrative sanction in relation to the contract agreement No.27/2012-13 dated 02.08.2012 and supplementary agreements dated 23.03.2013 and 25.03.2013.

Sri C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the Superintending Engineer, Roads & Buildings Department, Rural Circle, Hyderabad, intimated the petitioner that the revised administrative sanction was awaited and thereafter, his work bill would be finalized. In the light of the aforestated facts, this Court sees no reason to adjudicate the matter on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the grant of revised administrative sanction in relation to the subject work in accordance with the relevant norms. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
