HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35898 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not completing the survey of the lands in Survey Nos.130 to 136 and 161 to 168, situated at Pragnapur village, Gajwel mandal, Siddipet district, as illegal and arbitrary.
3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the representation dated 19.05.2018, made by the petitioners, may be considered, since the authorities have not completed the survey, though survey was said to be completed in the year 2017.
4) Learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that if the representation is still pending and survey is not yet completed, the representation made by the petitioners may be directed to be dealt with, in accordance with law.
5) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities concerned, to deal with the representation made on 19.05.2018, seeking completion of survey and fix boundaries in respect of the above said lands, in accordance with law, at the earliest, if not already done. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
