THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35963 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of her grievance, she submitted representations on 25.10.2017 and 22.02.2018 to respondent No.2 herein but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent-HMDA authorities to verify the representations, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representations are pending consideration before respondent No.2, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 herein to verify the representations, dated 25.10.2017 and 22.02.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
