RESPONDENT ORAL ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to modify the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.695 of 2025 in F.No.DRI.No.09/2025 on the file of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad, to the extent of directing the petitioners to furnish two sureties for a sum of

Rs.25,000/- each, instead of two sureties for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each.

Heard Sri Dinesh Chakravarthy, learned counsel appearing for petitioners, and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent -State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners cannot afford to furnish such huge surety amount, and therefore, requested this Court to modify the impugned order.

On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, filed counter affidavit stating that though the petitioners were granted with the relief of bail, they came up with this petition, and that the same is not maintainable. Therefore, prayed this Court to dismiss this criminal petition. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.695 of 2025 in F.No.DRI.No.09/2025 on the file of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad, to the extent of directing

the petitioners herein to furnish two sureties for a sum of Rs.50,000/- each, instead of two sureties for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the Special Judge for Economic Offences, at Nampally, Hyderabad.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
