THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22315 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
Since this Court is not adjudicating the matter on merits, hearing of the unofficial respondents may not be necessary.
2. The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue an appropriate writ, order or orders, direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in interfering in the civil disputes and further interfering with the possession and enjoyment of land in respect of Sy.Nos.202, 210, 228, 212, total admeasuring Acs.27.04 Gts., situated at Mushipatla Village, Mothkur Mandal, Nalgonda District is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of Natural Justice and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.Nos.202, 210, 228, 212 total admeasuring Acs.27.04 gTs., situated at Mushipatla Village, Mothkur Mandal, Nalgonda District in any manner in the interest of justice."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that respondents-police at the instance of the 6th respondent registered a false case against him and interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the property in dispute.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the respondents will not interfere with the petitioner's property except in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made, and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the property in dispute except in accordance with law.
