THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10607 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.472 of 2017 pending on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nirmal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C."). Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch dated 27.08.2018.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, this criminal petition also stands allowed in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
