This Civil Revision Petition is filed against notice, dated 15.12.2011, issued in E.P.No.126 of 2011 in O.S.No.143 of 2003 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem.

Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the cause in this civil revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.2417 of 2012 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
