ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.7048 of 2015 in WP No.5289 of 2015, dated 04.03.2015.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. None appears and no representation for the respondents.

The 4th respondent filed counter-affidavit stating that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and dealership of the petitioner has been restored vide proceedings dated 2.4.2015.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
