Petitioner seeks Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2014 by conducting survey either through 4th respondent or through any agency working under him in respect of land measuring Ac.4.00 in Sy.No.289 of Adibatla Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District while setting aside the report furnished by Assistant Director, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District and direct respondent Nos.3, 5 to 7 to take all possible efforts to safeguard the petition schedule property from encroachment and grabbing pending disposal of survey. 2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner Sri V.

Ravi Kiran Rao, would submit that no further orders are required in this matter and hence writ petition may be closed but however, since the appealRc.No.F2/266/2014 in respect of the present subject matter is pending with the 2nd respondent, depending upon the result in that appeal, liberty may be given to the petitioner to agitate the matter to protect the rights of the petitioner. 3) Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) left the matter to the discretion of the Court.

4) In view of the above submission of learned counsel for petitioner, while granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
