ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.3 of 2015 of Anantapur II Town Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 323 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A4.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the entire investigation is completed and the case is closed as false and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
