When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, that, on the complaint of the petitioners herein, police registered Cr.No.8/2018, under Sections 341, 506 r/w 34 IPC, against the fourth respondent herein, and later the said complaint was referred as 'false'. In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioners herein to file an appropriate application, under Section 151 CPC, for necessary police aid, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
