HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35950 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No. 4, in not incorporating the names of the petitioners in the possession column and also for not issuing of Epassbook, despite the direction of the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the 3rd respondent passed orders directing the 4th respondent to incorporate the names of the petitioners in the possession column and also for issuing Epassbook, the 4th respondent did not take any action so far. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 24.9.2018 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the representation dated 24.9.

2018, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
