Heard counsel appearing for parties.

The petitioners challenge Award No.22/ 2010 dated 31-12-2010 as illegal and contrary to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.31847 of 2011 dated 29-02-2012 and W.P.No.15100 of 2014 dated 11-06-2014.

The Joint Collector/ Competent Authority filed counter affidavit. It is stated that the Competent Authority deposited the compensation payable for acquisition of the subject land before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool; the dispute between the petitioners and 1st respondent is considered by the competent Court and referred to Civil Court. It is stated that the reference is taken on file as O.P.No.25 of 2013 and stands posted to 17-01-2017. This Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, to take note of the documents exhibited by parties and also the aforesaid orders, on which the petitioners rely upon and dispose of O.P.No.25 of 2013 in accordance of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30-04-2017.

The issue is pending adjudication for quite sometime, hence the petitioners are given liberty to place the copy of this order

before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, for disposal, as directed by this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
