HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36232 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering the peaceful possession of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.3.25 gts situated at sy.No.45 of Kandikal Village, Hyderabad, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on written instructions, would submit that the respondents are not interfering with the property of the petitioner. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. However, the respondents shall not interfere with the subject property of the petitioner, except following due process of law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
