HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.2491 OF 2016 ORDER:

Consequent to the earlier directions, the respondent filed affidavit specifically praying unconditional apology in filing police complaint against the petitioners contrary to orders of this Court. However, he states that on enquiry from the Parchuru Police Station, he was informed that FIR was not registered. The deponent also averred that petitioners are continuing in possession and also cultivating the temple land and their possession is not disturbed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of the subject land in continuation of the interim orders.

3. Recording the averments filed by the respondent, the Contempt Case is closed. It is always open to the petitioners to pursue their remedy as available in law against damage to their crops by any other person. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
