THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Tr.CMP.No.s 639 and 642 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These two Tr.CMP.s are filed seeking transfer of FCOP.No.s 400 of 2017 and 1674 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District to the Family Court at Nellore in the State of A.P.

After the bifurcation of the composite High Court for the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh into separate High Courts for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh w.e.f. 01.01.2014, this Court cannot entertain these two petitions. 3.

Therefore, these two Tr.CMP.s are dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for seeking such transfer of both cases. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
