Sri G.Prashanth holding for Sri K.Jagadishwar Reddy submits that the petitioner died. The prayer is against action of the 3rd respondent in not forwarding rec ommendation report of the Tahsildar vide proceedings No.C/ 397/ 2010, dated 04-08-2010 to the 2nd respondent.

With the demise of petitioner, no steps are taken to bring the legal representatives on record. Further, it is not stated that the cause of action survives for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal representatives, if are interested, can satisfy the Court that the cause of action survives and they are given liberty to file petition in accordance with law.
