THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10741 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in C.C.No.689 of 2011 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the criminal petition. The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
