This appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 04.01.2008, in O.P.No.138 of 2006 on the file of the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge' Court at Mahabubnagar.

This case is listed under the caption "Settled at Lok Adalat". A perusal of the record shows that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee and accordingly, an award has been passed on 23.12.2018. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of Lok Adalat award, dated 23.12.2018. 4.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
