ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the representation, dated 10.08.2012, and legal notice, dated 27.09.2012, submitted by the petitioner for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds of properties to an extent of Ac. 1.65 cents in R.S.No.77/1B, an extent of Ac. 2.50 cents in R.S.No.256/7, an extent of Ac. 1.75 cents in R.S.No.39/3 and an extent of Ac. 2.00 cents in R.S.No.366/3 and an extent of Ac. 0.75 cents in R.S.No.36/1C of Reddiganapavaram Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and violative of provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, offending Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner, dated 10.08.2012, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddygudem Division, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District (1st respondent) has issued notice, dated 25.08.2012, to conduct enquiry. Subsequently, the petitioner issued a legal notice on the 1st respondent on 27.09.2012 requesting him to act upon his application, dated 10.08.2012, for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds,

but so far, no orders have been passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

4. Since the 1st respondent has issued notice, dated 25.08.2012, in pursuance of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2012, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2012, in accordance with law and take action within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
